Job Description

Join our amazing Global Learning and Community team in the role of EMEA Instructor and be part of the UKG learning experience for Customers, Internals and Partners. UKG provides a blended learning strategy which includes all aspects of User Adoption, providing change management consulting, self-paced learning, and classroom delivery. This role will initially focus on classroom delivery via live Webinars and Instructor Led Learning through a virtual classroom. You’ll also be an important part of the Customer Community, sharing knowledge, tips and answering “how do I” type questions. We are looking for a bilingual trainer, German/English to deliver training and assist with translation services.

Responsibilities

• Provide core UKG product and end user instructor led training via virtual classes and occasionally at customer sites for UKG customers, Internals and Partners in German and English.
• Translate English to German and be part of the process to review content translated by our Vendor for accuracy and correct product/business context.
• Achieve high customer satisfaction results in line with company goals and metrics.
• Be self-motivated and responsible for:
o Achieving and maintaining certification in specific courses.
o Staying current on new products, industry trends and customers training needs.
• Create customised content including, but not limited to job aids, training guides and captured simulations to meet individual customer needs.
• Collaborate cross functionally to ensure our customer, internal and partner needs are being met.
• Innovate to evolve our team, our processes, and our organisation.
• Participate in customer calls and pre-sales education- related activities as requested.

Preferred Experience

• Bilingual in German/English (& French not essential however would be an advantage) with the ability to speak, read, write, deliver training, and translate from English.
• Have lived or work in Germany to gain an understanding of employer/employee business rules.
• 2-4 years of experience delivering SaaS software training, via virtual classroom platforms and onsite environments
• Excellent customer-facing communication skills, including the ability to gather and clarify requirements, present solutions, manage expectations and deliver great customer care.
• Adaptable to change, with the ability to pivot quickly when priorities change.
• Flexible and be able to work in teams and individually, influence change, manage multiple commitments, demonstrate high attention to detail, and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience of training or using UKG products is a plus but not essential
• Travel up to 25% both within the EMEA region and to the US as required
